External lecturer in Marketing at Aalborg University Business School
At the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Study Board for Business Administration, one or more positions as external lecturer in Marketing are available starting from September 1, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Your work tasks
In the MSc program in Marketing, there is a need for one or more external lecturers to contribute to teaching and supervision of semester projects. Furthermore, there could be a need for supervision in the marketing course on the bachelor’s programme in Economics and Business Administration.
The position is for a period of 3 years and includes a maximum of 780 hours per academic year. The number of hours is agreed upon at the beginning of each semester.
Qualification requirements
Appointment as a part-time lecturer requires academic qualifications at master’s degree level.
Employment as a part-time lecturer requires either relevant practical experience at a high level which has not been achieved through an academic appointment at a university or employment in an principal academic position at another university. When employed due to relevant practical experience, you must have in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the subject/subject's applications that has been gained or will be gained through employment in the profession. Teaching qualifications are included in the assessment of applicants for a part-time lectureship.

The employment is in accordance with the Ministerial Order on the Appointment of Academic Staff at Universities (the Appointment Order) and the Ministerial Order on Job Structure for Academic Staff at Universities (in Danish) and agreement on part-time lecturers and teaching assistants at universities etc. under Ministry of Higher Education and Science (in Danish).
